Adult Ballet/Yoga
Join us for strength and flexibility work on Monday evenings,
starting at 6:45 with our Adult Ballet class with Tina Rhodehouse, followed by Yoga with Danya Powers at 7:30.
It's an hour and a half - just for you!
This program is for beginners that have never taken a ballet class through adults that studied ballet as children and teens.
No judgement, no worries -- just come ready to have fun!

Re-Boot BootCamp Program with Danya Powers
Boot Camps are offered Mon, Wed, Fri at 6:00 am and 9:00am
Cardio classes Tues and Thurs at 8:00 am

All classes can be attended in person at the studio or virtually from home/vacation/business trips/anywhere!

(When the weather is nice, Saturday morning yoga will often be held at the Friendship Bell in A.K. Bissell Park.)
